Ladies and Gentlemen,
The days are getting ever shorter and we at the Dirty Bourbon River Show are generally partial to warmer weather, so we thought we’d make a little trip along the coast to see our friends in Texas! We had a great show at the Continental Club in Austin last time, so we’re bringing the music and revelry once again.
Tonight’s show will be an evening exclusively with yours truly, so get there early! We’ll be kicking our first set off at 10 pm, and admission is only $7. Come party with us this on this fine Thursday evening, while it’s still warm enough to dance!
Tonight folks we’re performing at Lamberts in Austin, TX. Doors open at 9:30pm and music starts at 10pm. Go in early and hear the jazz stylings of Masumi & the Gentlemen.
Good food, good music, and good times. See y’all there!

T-Bone walker is the reason the Blues is what it is today. Legend has it he was the first ever blues performer to use an electric guitar. He roamed the streets of dallas at age 15 opening for national acts and String bands. By the time he was in his twenties he was in Los Angeles headlinging on Central Avenue.
Walker was the childhood hero of many many musicians. B.B. King bought his first electric after he heard “Stormy Monday”, and where do you think Jimi Hendrix learned to play with his teeth? Chuck Berry always listed T-Bone and bandleader Louis Jordan as his first influences.

Wednesday in Austin at the Nomad Bar was amazing, thanks to everyone who came out and danced to our diddys and showed support.
Tonight we’ve got ourselves a five band bill crazy ass Friday Night Throwdown with Webbed, Lindby, and Like Burning Glass. It should be an epic night in Fort Worth at the Connection, located at 3177-c Alta Mere Drive. Things will be kicking off at about 8 so be sure to not lollygag and get your booty down there.
In case you didn’t catch it: The Connection 3177-c Alta Mere Drive, Fort Worth TX
As a sidenote, The Mitchells, (Wayne’s fam) has been more than kind enough to let us hooligans stay with them. Since we arrived we have all taken turns on the go-kart. Bootsy’s turn was a touch more eventful as he was not able to avoid a cow pattie and got splattered by dung. Turns out getting poop on your face is funny to everyone else, and Dane learned that the hard way. Here’s a picture of him cleaning up.
Til next time fam
Clay
PS- Now we’re even Bootsy
