We’ve had some swingin gigs the past couple of days including one at our home-away-from-home, Sweet Nola’s in Winchester, VA. Cheryl and Brian Ash are running the best New Orleans restaurant/music venue outside of the Crescent City itself if you didn’t know.
Here we also interviewed with WRIR LP local radio station (great people! Tune in). Then Deanna and the crew presented at the one and only Hamilton Live in Washington DC just a block away from the White House.
It is my utmost pleasure to introduce to you, the most beautiful trombonist/bar owner in Wilmington, North Carolina, Maaike! I’m sure we’ll be sharing the stage with her and her band , The Phantom Playboys, when we return to Wilmington.
Where y’at New York City? Dirty Bourbon’s in town! We’ve spent the past 2 days at the SVA in Manhattan filming a music video for our upcoming 10th studio album. It’s been amazing time shooting w/ Mr. Eddie Hellman of Flying Pygmalion Films. Check out this awesome still from the video shoot of our superstar female lead Mrs. Adriana Recchia:
Good times! Look for the video drop in March, and thanks so much to Mr. Eddie and his amazing team for making it happen. To celebrate we’re playing at the Mercury Lounge tonight! It’s going to be an awesome night in a legendary venue and I hope you all can come out!
Every time we roll through Florida, we make a point to visit the Sugar Shack Sessions. These guys really know what they are doing. Each video looks and sounds better than the last. We can’t wait to go back and do some more. Now without further ado, I present to you, Where’s Andy?

We’ve been kicking it in Wilmington, NC for a couple days after our Palate Bottle Shop show, hanging with great friends and playing around town. Made it to a blues jam at the Rusty Nail, a divey establishment that’s been around for over 100 years. Met some interesting characters there, one of whom said our playing changed his life (the guy headbanging to blue monk in front of the stage by himself).
Today we’re off to Charlotte, NC for a gig at The Rabbit Hole. Playing 2 sets, doors at 8PM.
Heres a treat, hope everybody is planning on learning the Hot Boy Ronald for the show tonight, you’re probably all going to secretly practice by yourselves, I know.
Ladies and gents,
Today, we perform at Wilmington, NC’s premiere high-end bottle shop and reserve, Palate! Last time was a beautiful, outdoors, family-friendly throw down full of good food, good drink, dancing, and sunshine, and I expect all of that and more today.
The show kicks off at 7pm for an evening with yours truly, but I recommend getting there early to sample some of the excellent food available. In the meantime, enjoy some inspirational music from around the world!
