2 Dirty Bourbon River Show Is Releasing a Free Full-Length Digital Album Tomorrow! Preview It Now!

That’s right folks! You read it correctly! DBRS is releasing a free full-length album tomorrow! The album will be made available exclusively on our dbrs.bandcamp.com site for free (or, leave behind a little gift if you want! hint hint!) for the next 30 days. A limited edition hand-signed 180 gram vinyl will follow in the spring. Also, to celebrate, we’ll be playing a special New Years Eve show at the Maison on Frenchmen Street in New Orleans tomorrow night at 10pm.

So, whatchya gonna do tomorrow? Go to dbrs.bandcamp.com and download our new album for free, then come see us do it live and in person at the Maison. 0 New Dirty Bourbon Album + NYE Show

It is time for yet another chapter in the rich and ever-transforming history of the Dirty Bourbon River Show. On December 31st, 2013 we will be releasing our 8th studio album – “Accordion Anthology” – via digital download on our Bandcamp Site. A special edition 180 gram vinyl will follow. Produced by Buck Johnson and the Hootenanny Kid and recorded in New Orleans over a five year period at Piety St. Studios, The Music Shed and Loyola University, “Accordion Anthology” features a new accordion-based arrangement of one song from each of DBRS’s past studio albums, intertwined with new, unheard, unreleased material.

To accompany its release we will be performing a special live show on NYE at the Maison on Frenchmen St in New Orleans – We’ll hit at 10pm and play until the New Year comes. Following a special ball dropping countdown ceremony, guests to follow include fellow New Orleanian gypsy stomp mafia band Debauche and annual host DJ Jubilee. May 25th we will release “Volume Four”. It will be our last volume. The CD will be available on iTunes and our Bandcamp page (dbrs.bandcamp.com). New song from the album “Dear Grandma” just posted there. Dig it.

To celebrate we will also be releasing a music video for “Jewish Girls Who Went To Art School Know All The Angles” on that day on our Youtube channel, and throwing a party that night (10pm) at the Blue Nile to celebrate the CD’s release.
