Three truly amazing things ladies and gentlemen:
1) We’re playing in Athens, GA tonight at the Foundry as part of our Important Things Humans Should Know CD release tour. Grab your tickets here. Show starts at 8pm – we’re playing 2 sets.
2) We have a new 6th member! Adam Lessnau will be joining us as a guest trombonist though the remainder of our Important Things Humans Should Know tour. The brass is booming big now baby. Come dig his chops tonight at the Foundry, or one of our other many tour dates on the left sidebar.
3) Noah’s 10 year beard is getting out of control. He’s only 9 months in, and it already covers bowties and has a tiny refrigerator cabinet were he keeps a conservative assortment of 8 oz sodas. Somebody make it stop…

We’ve finished up all of the instrumental beds for the new album! It was great getting back into the studio and working with Wes, one of the best recording engineers around New Orleans. We’re really looking forward to how this new one turns out. Stay tuned for more updates.
Day two is over! We made some more progress and knocked out a few new tunes. Things are looking good.
On our way out of New York we stopped by a brass & woodwind shop and geeked out for a bit.
Hello folks! Sorry for the lack of updates. We have been real busy. Over the last couple of weeks, we have been hard at work, rehearsing new tunes and polishing old ones. We can’t wait to get back on the road and play our new songs for you guys. See you soon.
P.S. Gig at Tipitina’s on the 18th with the Tin Men!

Slyfox serenades the circuits
We found this Digi-sax in an abandoned radio station, Slyfox took quite a liking to the abomination. Feasting on room temperature wine and sifting through a long forgotten record collection, we all laughed and recalled epic journeys of video games past.
Jimmy plays the Stroh Violin
We found this piece of musical history in Knoxville, Tennesee on the collectors wall of the Morelock Music shop. Watch as Jimmy tries his hand at taming the phonic beast.
Yesterday, we finished up the last couple of tracks for The Most Peculiar Thing LP. Here are some pictures.
P.S. Gig tonight at the Garage in Mobile, Alabama. Show starts right after the parade.
