Finally got a nice day off after our week in New York, VA & MD – spent it with our dear friends Holy Ghost Tent Revival drinking beer and playing music in a barn. Thank you Mrs. Ash for putting us 10 gents up. T’was a day to be remebered.

This Saturday we will be playing our last New Orleans show of the year, with our dearest friends – Greensboro NC’s Holy Ghost Tent Revival – together again in the Crescent City on the same stage we first met on nearly two years ago…

We and Holy Ghost have previously as a traveling co-bill played 15 different cities spread across 7 states, and this Saturday will mark our 23rd show together. Come witness the relentless energy and chemistry of two incredibly talented up-and-coming acts as we throw down back-to-back sets like so:

10:00pm Holy Ghost Tent Revival
11:30pm Dirty Bourbon River Show

Show is at Cafe Prytania – 3445 Prytania Street (across from Touro Infirmary) $5 cover, 18+, you can smoke and drink at the bar, they’ve got the hard stuff, and we’ll be pouring free whiskey too, like we always do when we’re home with good guests to visit.

Thank you Raleigh, NC for showing us such an amazing time last night… it means alot to us when you’ve only hit a town twice and there’re already people singing your songs, dancing along, greeting you so warmly… And damn did Holy Ghost do the damn thing last night – thank you Kev for pulling me up during the set and making me play some keys…
