We have been really busy these last few days, filming the Wolfman video and preparing to go back into the studio to lay down a couple of tracks. It’s going to be a while before the finished products come out so here is a little clip from the first day of the Wolfman shoot.

0 We Need Your Help!
We need your help! Many of you are surely aquainted with our van fundraiser by now:
www.dirtybourbonrivershow.com/van
We were running strong at first, but we haven’t received any donations so far this month, and we’re only at $822.31 of you $20,000 goal 😦 At this rate, it’ll take us 1,775 days to complete – that’s nearly 5 years from now!
What we’re looking for is a very special person to donate $177.69 in the next few days, bringing our donation total to $1000 so far (1/20 of our goal). If you would like to be this special person, in addition to all the normal goodies you’d receive for such a donation (unreleased song, Big Charlie baseball card, handpainted kazoo, handmade t-shirt, complete discography, handdrawn Big Charlie dinosaur + video cover of any song you want) we’ll also send you an additional unreleased .mp3 from our new album – Volume III. You will be the very first of the public to hear this song!
now that sounds pretty cool…
So, do you have it in your heart to donate $177.69 to a VERY good cause? You’ll also be getting a whole lotta cool prizes in return… Think about it… Then go do something cool for the arts.
0 Krewe du Vieux: The Aftermath
It has begun! Last night 1000 members of Krewe du Vieux paraded down the streets of the French Quarter beginning the new Carnival season here in New Orleans.
Frenchman St. was packed tight with great music, lots of strange characters, and an absurd amount of inappropriate
behavior. Ask any of us about it, we all have many stories to tell.
The night went on and on for many of us, for some a little too long. This morning around 8 many of our neighbors woke up to the sound of a man crashing his SUV into a truck and opened their doors to that SUV flipped over in the street. The man was ok, but needless to say everyone awake at this point was either drunk or severely hungover and in no shape nor in any mood to deal with this idiot. Eventually a policeman and a tow truck came to clean up the mess.
There just ain’t no other place like this y’all. The next parade is on Friday. and the next Dirty Bourbon show is on Thursday in Baton Rouge.
