The artists featured on prior posts were female, but I decided for this episode to provide music FOR the femme. Still keeping to the same format, D’Angelo hails from Richmond, Va. Richmond is also my birthplace, so tonights’s show is a homecoming. His sweet crooning inspired, and continues to inspire me and other members of the Dirty Bourbon.
