On our way from Denver to Grand Junction the band decided to stop at an ARC Thrift Store for saucy deals on some used clothes. Outside the store, we made friends with Rico Suave and his friend Frank, two musicians who were practicing for thier upcoming Fourth of July gig. Cool ass dudes. Frank frank played the maracas as well as a wooden castanet clapper on his belly, and Rico held down the guitar (he was actually stationed in Fort Polk years ago). We decided to play Struttin with Some BBQ, one of our favorite Louis Armstrong originals! Enjoy
