Dirty Bourbon River Show – Hospitality Rider
1) 1 750 ml Bottle Maker’s Mark bourbon w/ pour spout (may be substituted for Woodford Reserve or Basil Hayden’s – please, no Jim Beam)
2) 1 Case (24 bottles) of beer (No Pabst, High Life, Bud, or Bud Light! These beers contain cancer!) – something decent, like Guinness, New Castle or Kölsch please!
3) 1 Case (24 bottles) of water
4) Some snacks: 1) pita & hummus or BBQ chips w/ cheese artichoke dip 2) fresh Strawberries or Laotian bananas 3) salt-water taffy or jelly beans
5) A meal (there are 5 musicians total, all carnivores with no special dietary restrictions) – some things we like are: pizza (one cheese & a few shredded and sliced regional meat ones (no zebra please), bacon cheeseburgers, cooked medium & dressed New Orleans-style (fresh lettuce, tomato & Blueplate mayonnaise on the side) w/ 2.5 lbs Cajun fries, Red Beans & Rice (cooked New Orleans style [slow simmer] w/ hog salt & Andouille sausage) w/ biscuits or cornbread
In addition to the five things above (whiskey, beer, water, snacks & a meal) please provide some fresh towels and leave the artist area free of ketchup & Styrofoam
If you are feeling frisky and want to go above and beyond what is required of you, the Dirty Bourbon River Show also enjoys the following items:
- Ice
- Hard Cider (Samuel Smith’s or Angry Orchard, no Woodchuck please)
- Caesar croutons (New York Texas Toast preferred)
- Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning & Crystal Hot Sauce
- Marijuana (provided it is legal in that state, of course)
- An ocelot kitten (of medium weight)
