Ladies & Gentlemen, Boys and Girls, Locals and Folks from Around the World – Here is everything you need to know about Volume Four:
May 25th we will release “Volume Four”. It will be our last volume. The CD will be available on iTunes and our Bandcamp page (dbrs.bandcamp.com). New song from the album “Dear Grandma” just posted there. Dig it.
To celebrate we will also be releasing a music video for “Jewish Girls Who Went To Art School Know All The Angles” on that day on our Youtube channel, and throwing a party that night (10pm) at the Blue Nile to celebrate the CD’s release. 1 Vol. IV Sessions: Day One
The first day of recording is over! The day went pretty well and we got a lot of work done. Not a bad start.

What’s going on with the Dirty Bourbon boys as of late? 3 main things:
One
The Most Peculiar Thing – our 6th studio album – will be released on 12.21.12 and be free one day only on our Bandcamp Site and at our CD release show at the Blue Nile in New Orleans. Catch a little teaser of the new songs in Atlanta this Thursday at the Earl.
Two
The Wolfman Music Video – hopefully you’ve seen this by now. The video currently has 4,011 views and we’re trying to make it to 5,000 views before the 21st when The Most Peculiar Thing drops and the Volume Three album cycle is over. Let the world know! This is a video we feel very strongly about & want as many people to enjoy it as possible!

Ladies and gentlemen, the polls are in, and it’s official: the people have chosen album cover #3. The second one was close behind, but #3 ended up conquering all in the end.

Pretty cool, ya? This sweet baby’s droppin’ – disc, lyrics, cellophane & all – March 30th at the Maison here in New Orleans on Frenchmen St. We’re proud to announce that Alex McMurray and friends will be opening the show, and Magnetic Ear will be playing the afterparty. Following the release we’ll be leaving for a four month national tour to support Volume III’s release. Check the sidebar for dates on this tour as they roll in ——>

0 As November Draws To A Close…
Hello folks! Hope everyone stuffed their faces yesterday – I know we all did. Now that Thanksgiving’s past I figured we’d give you a little update for how we’ll be finishing off the year…
Throughout the rest of November we’ll be finishing overdubbing Volume Three at the Music Shed here in New Orleans. Then, come December, while Vol. III’s shipped off for mixing and mastering, we’ll be hitting the road once again for a few little short trips here and there, East and West… Six new showdates just posted + more to come! —–>
Oh, and this Sunday we’ll be making a big little announcement with a whole host of prizes available for those who participate.
